Shisaka offers a range of services to assist clients in achieving their development goals. These services include:

Shisaka provides programme support by working with clients to conceptualize and design effective programmes that deliver the desired results. We conduct research, implement and resource programmes, and provide consistent and effective monitoring and evaluation throughout the programme’s duration.

Shisaka provides project structuring support by helping clients with the conceptualization and structuring of housing and mixed-use property development projects. This includes support for formulating the initial business case, undertaking feasibility assessments, and securing development funding/investment capital.

Shisaka works with clients to identify the blockages that inhibit effective service delivery. We gain an understanding of our client’s delivery mandate, business processes, reporting systems, and institutional arrangements. Through various strategic, institutional, Management Information Services, and other process interventions, we work together with our clients to accelerate and enhance delivery.

Shisaka undertakes qualitative and quantitative research, including specific policy research, and provides strategic support to its clients in all aspects of their business.

Shisaka provides capacity and organizational development support through training design, development, accreditation, and implementation. We facilitate learning and leadership through forums and other tools, and facilitate strategic processes to identify key strategic drivers and translate these into organizational structures and business processes with the provision of management support.
